A second one is •Vigorous-intensity cardio activity means you are breathing hard and fast, and your heart rate has gone up quite a bit. examples of vigorousintensity activities are jogging and swimming laps. My question is if you exercise a lot could something happen to you.

Another interesting fact about this article is that strength training helps to strengthen muscles and lean muscle tissue. Shouldn't strength training include running so many miles a day.
